What sets the Campeche Beach House apart is the clever use of natural elements such as wood, bamboo, bricks, and cement. These materials, in their rustic state, create a beautiful contrast with the sophisticated design items. The furniture, all carefully selected and signed by renowned designers and brands, adds a touch of elegance to the space.
The design process began with the development of a layout that maximized the use of the surrounding environment. A vibrant color palette was chosen to reflect the couple's adventurous spirit. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and terrace are seamlessly integrated, allowing for a fluid and open living experience. The large doors that divide the living area and the terrace can be closed when needed, providing privacy and flexibility.
With a total area of 370 square meters, the Campeche Beach House offers ample space for the family to relax and unwind. The fixed woodworking, designed by Juliana Pippi's office, features eucalyptus lime as the natural wood base for all the environments, adding warmth and a sense of connection to nature.
The project presented unique challenges as the couple did not live in Brazil. However, through virtual meetings and constant communication via email and phone calls, the design was developed and approved. The couple's visit to Brazil was met with a pleasant surprise as the apartment was fully furnished and ready for their arrival, from the kitchen appliances to the bed and bath linens.
The Campeche Beach House is a testament to the successful collaboration between Juliana Pippi and her team. Their ability to overcome the challenges of working remotely and their attention to detail resulted in a remarkable beach house that perfectly captures the essence of beach living.
